Welcome to Little Acorns Children’s Centre and Creche

Little Acorns Children's Centre is a community run, purpose built, childcare and creche facility that includes a fantastic outdoor area with a playground, growing area and enclosed outdoor space. Conveniently located in Brickens, between Ballyhaunis and Claremorris in Co. Mayo, Little Acorns Childcare Centre can offer childcare for 60 children on a daily basis. Our childcare centre is split into three sections; baby room, toddler room, junior pre-school and senior preschool. Our childcare and creche services also include an afterschool club where children can play and learn as well as do their homework under adult supervision.

We use the High/Scope approach to education; this approach identifies and builds on your child’s strengths, interests and abilities.
